Chapter 18, Page 182 –

Again, do you see that ark over there on the hill? Of course, you can, and likewise everyone else can see it as well. Can you imagine anything so radical as to build an ark up there on the hill where everyone can see what you are doing? It would be one thing to build it down in a valley hidden by tall trees, but to build it right up there where everyone can see – and everyone can wonder – and everyone can ridicule. Talk about radical.

The Ark of the Time of the End must be built just as radically, just as “in-your-face” as that ark up there on the hill. The Visible Remnant’s Ark must be right out in plain sight where everyone can see it. And remember, this is not a physical structure; this is a community of people. 

Can you imagine anything so radical as a group of people out in plain sight living as if they really believed that the Holy Spirit is directing their lives? Imagine what that would look like. 

Well, actually, don’t imagine it. Look at Colossians 3, starting in verse 12: “And so, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you. And beyond all these things put on love which is the perfect bond of unity. Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing in your hearts to God. And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.”

Can you imagine anything so radical? Do you think it would stand out, do you think it would be noticed if an entire community of believers actually lived like this? These actions aren’t going to happen externally, of course, unless the Visible Remnant has allowed the Holy Spirit to change their heart internally. But imagine how in-your-face radical that would be.

Noah was just that radical. He put the Ark where people would see it. He wanted to attract attention to it. He wanted people to get in it. The Visible Remnant also want the Invisible Remnant to see their Ark, to be attracted to their Ark, to want to get into their Ark.
