“Seventh-day Adventists are the people of the Book.”

Chapter 12, Page 125 –

So, there you have it. The seven “S’s” that set us apart from the rest of Protestantism. None of them is unique to us. But to hold all of them collectively – at the same time – is very unique.  No other denomination holds to all seven – plus the eighth – as valid teachings of the Scripture.

These seven – and the eighth – center themselves in Jesus. These seven – and the eighth – will become extremely important in the Time of the End.

Please remember: Seventh-day Adventists are the people of the Book. “Here is the perseverance of the saints. Here are they that keep the commandments of God [They are to be students of the Book] and their faith in Jesus.” For Seventh-day Adventist Christians, their very lives are to be consumed with the relationship they have with Jesus (Revelation 14:12).

May you and I live up to our precious heritage is my prayer.
