“What do you see on it? Spots? Lots of spots on the Veil?”

Chapter 13, Page 131 –

I want you to pay very close attention right here. If you are trying to multi-task and watch television, or mend a backpack, or knit, or cook, stop! Put it down. Pay attention. I have come to the critical part that you must understand in order to be part of the People of God in the Time of the End.

Stand here with me and look at the Veil. Note all the rich blue and purple and scarlet and see how it’s covered with the figures of angels (see Exodus 26:31). What else do you see on it? Spots? Lots of spots on the Veil? Now look behind you at the horns of the Altar of Incense. You will see more spots there – red stains, dark brown. And if we were to go out to the Altar of Burnt Offering, you would see more dark brown stains on the horns of that altar. Very real stains and spots.

I want you to look at Leviticus 4:6. The priest is making a sin offering for the sin that he himself has committed. “. . . and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.” Now look at verses 17-18. (This sin offering is for a sin of the whole congregation.) “. . . and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil. And he shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is before the Lord in the tent of meeting.” Now look at verse 34 (This applies to a sin either of a leader or of the common people.) “And the priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and all the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.” Are you getting the picture?

Look at one more place, Leviticus 6:25, 26. “This is the law of the sin offering . . . the priest who offers it for sin shall eat it.” And Numbers 18:1 says, “So the Lord said to Aaron, ‘You and your sons and your father’s household with you shall bear the guilt in connection with the sanctuary; and you and your sons with you shall bear the guilt in connection with your priesthood.”

Do you understand where your sins are, all the sins that have been forgiven you?
